Pinks (瞿麦)

よそふるも猶なつかしみみるごとにあはれつきせぬなでしこのはな

yosōru mo
nao natsukashimi
miru goto ni
aware tsukisenu
nadeshiko no hana

Still so dear –
Every time I see them
I am moved beyond all measure:
The pinks in flower.
