A reference to Kibune Shrine: this is still to be found in Kuramakibune-chô in Sakyô-ward in the north-east of Kyôto. It sits at the source of the Kamo River and venerates Takaokami no kami (whose name would translate as ‘High Thunder-clap Deity’) and Kuraokami no kami (‘Dark Thunder-clap Deity). As their names suggest, both kami are water deities and people still visit the shrine to pray for rain, or for it to stop.
The shrine has a website (in Japanese) which you can find here.
