Both Sonohara 園原 and Fuseya 伏屋 were famous poetic locations in Shinano 信濃 province. Sanekata is punning with them as they are homophonous with sono Fara その腹, ‘your belly’, and Fuse ya, 伏せや, ‘Let’s sleep together’.
