鳴くしかのこゑより袖におくかつゆ物おもふ比の秋のゆふぐれ

koe yori sode ni
oku ka tsuyu
mono’omou koro no
aki no yūgure

Is it the belling stag’s
Cry that upon my sleeves
Drops dewdrops?
Sunk in gloomy thought now
