月影のそれかあらぬかかげろふのほのかにみえて雲がくれにし

tsukikage no
sore ka aranu ka
kagerō no
honoka ni miete
kumogakurenishi

Was it the moonlight,
Or was it not?
As through haze
Faintly glimpsed, and
Hidden amongst the clouds.
