よる燃ゆるあまのはらをもみてしかばたゞありあけの心ちこそすれ

ama no Fara womo
mitesikaba
tada ariake no
kokoti koso sure

At night aflame is
The plain of Heaven;
Gazing on it that
’Tis dawn
I cannot help but feel.
