玉ぼこの道はとほくもあらなくに旅としおもへばわびしかりけり

michi wa tōku mo
aranaku ni
tabi to shi omoeba
wabishikarikeri
The jewelled-spear straight
Road distant
Is not, but even so,
When I think of travelling
