Love at the dawn.

あかつきの鴫のはねがきしげけれどなど逢ふ事のま遠なるらん

akatsuki no
shigi no hane ga
shigekeredo
nado au koto no
madōnaruran
At the dawn
The snipes’ wingbeats
Incessant are, so
Why must our meetings
Be intermittent?[1]
