銀のめぬきのたちをさげはきてならの宮こをねるやたがこぞ

sirogane no menuki no tati wo sageFakite nara no miyako wo neru ya ta ga ko zo

With a silver Hilted sword A’dangling from his belt, and Through the Nara capital Processing, who might that lad be?
