Amida Buddha

Amida 阿弥陀 is the Japanised version of the Sanskrit Amitâyus, and is the Buddha of Unlimited Salvation who pledged to save anyone who recited his name. Sanekata is implying that Amida will save the fish regardless of how they die, so it doesn’t matter if they go fishing.
