Koya in the land of Tsu

Tsu was an alternative name for the province of Settsu, which straddled modern Osaka and Hyōgo prefectures. Koya was near the location of modern city of Itami in Hyōgo Prefecture and was renowned for its reeds. It was frequently used as a kakekotoba for the homophonous koya ‘hut’ or, as in this case, ko ya ‘Come!’.
