よし野山こずゑの花を見し日より心は身にもそはず成りにき

yoshinoyama
kozue no hana o
mishi hi yori
kokoro wa mi ni mo
sowazu nariniki

In the Yoshino Mountains
Blossom on the treetops
I saw and from that day forth
My heart within my flesh
Has ceased to rest.
