わすれめやあふひをくさにひきむすびかりねのゝべのつゆのあけぼの

hikimusubi
karine no nobe no
tsuyu no akebono
Will I forget, I wonder,
Hollyhocks for my pillow
Plucked and twined,
Sleeping briefly in the fields
On this dew-drenched dawning.
